Allow us to introduce ourselves.
We are Glynis and Tina and we’ve lived in the Torrevieja/Villamartin area since 2004. During that time we’ve been successfully looking after home owners, their properties and their tenants here on the Costa Blanca.
We decided to specialise in the Management and Rental market because there simply didn´t seem to be any companies around doing it properly. Our aim was to bring a dedicated, professional and legal service to the area which put the best interests of the owner first and foremost.
We continually review and adapt our services, building on our own increasing local knowledge and experiences, as well as taking account of changing trends and financial considerations.
